Flight Medic UK very quickly planned and executed the repatriation. The planning and preparational work that the UK office team carried out within 24hrs allowed your nursing staff to hit the ground running in not only assessing Godfrey but also dealing with the Greek Hospital staff, administration and physical repatriation all within 18hrs.Our face to face interaction with your company was with the nursing staff Edson who was to repatriate Godfrey from Corfu; and both my wife, myself, Tony and Godfrey could not have asked for a more professional individual. I received the call that every parent dreads. My 20-year-old son had been in an accident on holiday in Zante; hit by a car driving at speed, whilst riding his quad bike. Our son was covered by his father’s insurance (or so we thought), so we started the long and painful process of trying to deal with the insurance company.
